YAK-GWA
(Fried cookie)

Ingredients:
2 cups flour
3 tablespoons sesame oil
1 tablespoon ginger juice
3 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons wine
1 cup water
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup honey
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon ground pineuts
3 cups oil
1 Tablespoon cinnamon.

1/Place flour in a bowl, add salt, sesame oil and rub with hands. Mix well and add ginger juice, honey, wine, water, and mix well into dough. Squeeze several times.
2/Remove dough onto flour coated board, and flatten dough. Spread dough by roller. Roll dough gently 1/3 inch thick, and cut up with cutter.
3/Fry pieces of cut dough in deep oil in pan over low heat slowly until brown.
4/Pour water in pan. Add honey and sugar. Bring to boil, mix well over low heat, add fried yagkwa and coat with mixture. Sprinkle with minced pinenuts and serve.
