HO-BAK-JON
(Pan fried Squash)
Ingredients:
2 squash about 5 inch length 1/2 cup flour
2 eggs
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon salt.

1/Cut squash crosswise in 1/4 inch slice.
2/Dredge flour on squash.
3/Beat 2 eggs well and sprinkle with salt.
4/Dip the squash into beaten eggs, and pan fry in heated oil over low heat.
Cook until the squash turns into a golden brown colour. Turn squash over occasionally, and put on a plate.
5/Serve with vinegar/soysauce.
