On the banks of the Wetering you will find the thatched-roof mansion Weteringstaete. Architect Van Manen presumably based his designs for this house on a large family, as it has been specially designed to ensure that everyone can have their own place to relax, as well as providing large areas that are great for spending time together. The house was built in 2001 and boasts at least 574 square metres of floor space located on a 1-acre parcel of land. This majestic, yet homely mansion is characterised by the exceptional quality of its finishing. The attractive floors tiled with natural stone and the many alluring mantelpieces give the house a warm, intimate ambiance. The gates of the driveway are fitted with a video system and the house is secured with an alarm system. The entire mansion is also equipped with an integrated vacuuming system. Upon entering the house, the luxurious materials and high-quality finishing of the house immediately become evident. There are copious areas inside and outside the house to sit down and relax, enjoying nature, tranquillity and the exquisite surroundings. The property’s majestic front door opens up into a roomy entrance hall with a cloakroom and guest bathroom. An alluring staircase leads up to the upstairs floors.
