这栋别墅静静地坐落在已被保护的Jan Sofat社区的一个私人区域中。在扬·索菲特（Jan Sofat）的第一个半岛上，只有很少的房屋，几乎没有交通，而且宁静。
This villa sits quietly in an additionally private section of the already secured and exclusive community of Jan Sofat. With only a handful houses on this first peninsula of Jan Sofat there is barely traffic and much serenity to be had.
Subdued from outside and secluded by tropical landscaping the facade unveils a two story, waterfront villa upon arriving unto the driveway. With immediate views over the Spanish Water from your parking spot to your front door and beyond.
Entering the villa, you are instantaneously encountered with the open design, stretching the living area to the covered terrace with dining and lounging areas. The tropical breeze is felt throughout with the many meranti wood shutter windows, doors and high beamed ceiling. To your left a guest toilet and the wing with master bedroom and walk-in closet. The master bedroom has access and views over the large terrace and Spanish Water. Right next to the walk-in closet you’ll find the large en suite bathroom with fittings to place a jacuzzi should you desire one.
A bit in a corner to the right lies the kitchen which for the early riser is perfect with sunrise views of Taffelberg Mountain over a cup of coffee. You can reach the lower floor and remaining bedrooms either by taking the stairs which separates the kitchen and dining or by following the stairs next to the two-car carport.
The lower level holds the remaining bedrooms, wine cellar, storage space and office. The rooms with direct access to the deck both have built in closets and share a spacious bathroom. One is currently being used as an office and the other as children’s room. A third bedroom sits further, with its built-in closet and en suite bathroom. Additional storage can be found next to the wine cellar, a cooled and insulated room also usable as a pantry. To the right of this area you can walk to the exterior, passing in front of the laundry room and work shed. These are discretely incorporated into the design with wooden shutters. An outdoor guest bathroom is also around the corner, perfect for family and friends over.
Spanish Water and its aquatic lifestyle can truly be enjoyed from the grand deck. Nestled in the corner of the courtyard lies the seating and BBQ area with sun coverage. The 200 large jetty wraps around the façade of the lower level and rooms. Yachts can be moored on one end while on the other end the lowered jetty can hold smaller crafts and water sports equipment. Conveniently situated in the back, storage space for the accessories. Sail within minutes to Santa Barbara Beach Resort, other marinas or out onto the open Caribbean Sea.
On top of the stunning views over the Spanish water this two-story villa is built with high-quality materials and equipped with modern day sustainable necessities. Among them a back-up generator for the villa and yacht, solar water heater and double septic tanks to maintain the lush garden.
